Panel 3: Human Capital as a Strategic Resource for Ukraine’s Recovery and Growth

Human capital represents a critical strategic resource for Ukraine's post-war recovery and sustainable development. Speakers will emphasize how investment in human capital can serve as the cornerstone for establishing innovative sectors, modernizing industry, and generating new employment opportunities.

Furthermore, initiatives designed to support veterans, individuals with disabilities, and youth will be examined, as they have the potential to serve as catalysts for sustainable development.
