Purpose of the Forum

To create a collaborative platform that ensures active youth participation in shaping the future economy of Ukraine by providing access to employment, internships, and project-based oppotunities. These activities will enable young people to apply their ideas and competencies in real-world projects that contribute to the emerging architecture of sustainable development in the country.

Forum Objectives:

    To facilitate connections between young people and employers seeking new talent and innovative solutions.

    To provide students with access to employment opportunities, internships, and project-based work.

    To demonstrate to employers the potential of young people to contribute to the development of sustainable business processes.

    To facilitate the practical implementation of young people’s ideas and competencies in real-world projects.

    To strengthen the role of universities in developing the youth talent pool.

    To offer companies a platform for identifying and recruiting young professionals and interns.

    To support the development of a new generation of specialists for the sustainable development of Ukraine’s economy.

Target group:

Students and youth, youth organizations and initiatives, representatives of large, medium and small businesses and institutions, international organizations and donors, educational institutions, and media.

  • This panel focuses on the green jobs and ESG/tech competencies that businesses need today and examines how companies envision youth participation in Ukraine’s reconstruction and green transition.
    Key topics include:
    The Future of the Youth Labor Market: trends, challenges, and opportunities for the generation new entering the workforce.
    Green Jobs 2030: how businesses are shaping a new ecosystem of jobs and which specialists are needed right now.
    Rebuilding Ukraine: key skills and competencies businesses expect from young professionals over the next 3–5 years.
    Corporate Sector and Green Transition: areas where youth can already contribute to reconstruction, digitalization, and sustainable transformation within companies.
